What comes to mind when you think of the holidays? Family? Presents? Long lines at your local mall? Decadent sweets…yes, all of that is true and more! This is why our next holiday shopping tip (#3) has to be these three simple words: REST. REJUVINATE. RECHARGE. How many of you have come down with the flu this time of year when so much is expected of you, or exhausted all of your energy reserves to get that last-minute gift, sometimes the pressure of the holidays is just too, too much! You can join us in liberating yourself from all the holiday hoopla and succumb to what the holidays are really all about: PEACE. LOVE. GOOD CHEER. We’re going to challenge ourselves to step outside of our comfort zone and make some precious time just for ourselves, curled up in bed with the highest thread count sheets we can find, a hot cup of fragrant herbal tea and make this holiday season one that includes giving back to ourselves.
