Finding the perfect place for your personal items and making sure they return back to that perfect place is VITAL for sense of “Ahhhh.” What you don’t use or haven’t worn in over 2 years, { yes, usually the rule of thumb is 12 months, but we’re taking into consideration other reasons you may just “wanna hand on a little longer!” } you can either donate or sell! You’ll be amazing at how much more space you’ll have to work with!

Hope you all had a fantastic, fun-filled and memorable holiday! We sure did and are ready now to get back to things, however we missed our time away from you all! So as we all know, fashions come and go, but the timeless little black dress, or LBD, has survived decades of trends and fads! Introduced in 1926 by Coco Chanel, this icon has not only outlived its creator, but 85, yes 85 years later it can still be found in the closets of women all over the world! Audrey Hepburn as Holly Go Lightly in the classic and beloved film, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, wore a sleeveless, floor skimming black sheath dress which was designed by Edith Head and Hubert de Givenchy, the top designers of their time and in 2006 went to auction for $923,187! To think if they only knew what they we’re designing would one day sell for close to 1 million dollars, they wouldn’t believe it, who would?!? One of the beautiful things about the LBD is that it acts as a backdrop for the wearer, it lets us shine! This is why its stayed in style for so many years and is still ultra chic today, most likely it will be for next 50 years to come. So, as you can see, it’s worth investing in a solid, well constructed LBD, in short, medium and past the knee for those elegant affairs / cocktail parties / weddings / etc! Inspired { Coffee Table Books! }

We were recently invited to attend the Bethenny Show, and fell in love with her vibrant and elegant set! Her designers infused turquoise blues with white and splashes of hot pink, not to mention the hot bartender on the side lines! Oops, got a little off track…anyway, as we were saying, her set was fabulous! We noticed that she had stacks of coffee table books scattered here and there, so this inspired us to take the idea and explore it further. You’d be surprised by how easy it to take objects you have lying around the house, and by rearrange them, adding fragrant flowers, an antique tea-cup, or anything other piece that speaks to you, see what a difference it can make on how you feel!
